The Euronorm JRT Gearmotors is competitively priced and of high quality. Due to its modulair design customer specific executions can be assembled from stock.
The JRT Gearmotors consists of a gear reducer and an integrated electric motor. The compact design makes these drives suitable for many applications. The constant high quality and competitive pricing of the Euronorm gearmotor makes it the appropriate drive to use in machines and manufacturing processes.
The 1:1 compatibility with SEW as a suitable replacement makes it easy to exchange and to do maintenance all over the world. This allows customers to benefit from the advantages offered by Euronorm, without ignoring the wishes to be able to replace it anywhere in the world if necessary after a (long) life.
Each main group also offers a variety of implementation options. For example, all types of geared motors are provided with an outgoing flange, instead of mounting feets. For JRTF, K and S are both possible with hollow and solid output shafts. In addition, the gearmotors can be equipped with an IEC flange, hollow shaft with shrink disk, spline shafts, and more.
When a geared motor with a very high transmission is required, the gearmotor is equipped with an additional motor gearbox . This makes ratio’s 0f over 1: 10.000 possible.
In addition to the options on the gear itself many options are also possible on the electric motor. They can be equiped with several brake types (AC braking, DC braking, dual DC braking for stagecraft) encoders in many shapes and sizes, external cooling, PTC or thermal contact, locking down / blocking device and more.
The quality is guaranteed by producing strickly and only under UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 standards. Delivered materials are also strictly controlled and selected on their proven quality. The use of A-brand parts such as NSK bearings and oil seals from Simrit, accurately machined parts and the use of precision hardened and ground gears (grade 6) ensure a long service life, minimal noise and high efficiency.
